Peppers Hiddenvale

Peppers Hidden Vale is situated on a 10,000 acre working cattle station in Queensland's Lockyer Valley, just 60 minutes drive south west of Brisbane. This Lockyer Valley retreat is surrounded by picturesque mountains, valleys and lakes. Peppers Hidden Vale was first settled in the early 1800s - the original Homestead, built in the 1920's, is testimony to Australia's colonial past but has recently been revived with the indulgent touch of Peppers. While maintaining the heritage and elegance of a bygone era, Peppers Hidden Vale gives you the opportunity to gain an insight into the workings of a modern cattle property, but with all the comforts that you would expect of a Peppers Retreat.

The Retreat is designed in the style of a traditional Australian homestead with the main guest lounge, reception, restaurant and bar located in the original Homestead. Scattered amongst country gardens are elegantly restored buildings dating back to the 1920's and converted into luxury guest accommodation.

Accommodation

The guest accommodation is located in a cluster of unique cottages all having their own distinctive character. Each of the 30 rooms and suites offer breathtaking views, private verandahs and the distinctive touch in casual indulgence synonymous with Peppers.

Valley Room: these rooms are large with some having entry sitting rooms. Bedding is a Queen bed and a sofa bed. Maximum capacity is 3 adults and children.

Luxury Heritage Suite: are individual suites complete with sitting rooms, fireplace, luxury amenities and spa baths. Bedding is a Queen bed and a sofa bed. Maximum capacity is 3 adults and children.

Dining

Cotton's restaurant: features an exciting menu prepared by Executive Chef Martin Nel. Nel produces exceptional culinary fare using fresh local produce served in a relaxed yet elegant setting.

Cotton's bar: is perfect for relaxed pre dinner drinks or a quiet nightcap to conclude an evening. Those with a taste for classic flavours will delight in a relaxing cognac by the open fireplace while cocktail lovers are advised to allow Peppers staff to surprise them with one of their cocktail specials.
